Our goal at Peak Potential Counselling is to offer confidential, client centered, compassionate and highly professional counselling. The fees are in accordance with the recommended fee guidelines set forth by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC)
Intern
COUNSELLING SESSION

Provided by our intern counsellors during their clinical supervision in the process of completing their master’s degree in counselling.

Complimentary Initial Consultations
Once we have recieved an email from you indicating you are interested in our counselling services we will contact you to see if you would prefer to book an online counselling session or setup a complimentary initial consult.
We offer a 15 minute phone session to ensure a seamless fit between your personal mental health concerns and the services within our scope of practice. This call serves as an opportunity for you to ask any questions before scheduling an appointment, providing you with the necessary information about scheduling, costs, coverage, and individual counselling goals.

Insurance Coverage
Although counselling fees are not covered under the BC Medical Services Plan, many health benefit plans do include counselling coverage that reimburse you for visits to a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). If your insurance is provided by one of the companies below, check with them to see how much your plan covers per calendar year. However, if your insurance company is not listed below, this does not mean that they won’t cover costs. Refer to your insurance company benefits package or Human Resources Department to find out what type of coverage you have.

If you have been involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident causing anxiety and trauma you may get approval from ICBC for registered clinical counselling.
